Extensis works closely with creative teams to optimize font and creative asset management. Their products aim to simplify creative operations, remove barriers in creative projects, mitigate risk, and provide creative leaders the analytical insights they need to make effective business decisions.

During my time at Extensis, I produced a wide variety of deliverables across different platforms and mediums, such as: one-pagers, infographics and reports, presentations, blog graphics, event banners, digital ads, and website graphics.

I was also responsible for prototyping webpages in Figma, building emails in HubSpot, and assisting with QA before new site pages went live.

I continuously updated and refined the brand’s visual identity

I was also responsible for crafting fun, engaging graphics for various digital channels.

Graphics were designed to complement and add visual interest to written content. They also broke up large blocks of text, making our content easier to digest. How can we visually represent things like font licensing, asset management, and usage analytics? I was responsible for answering questions like these whenever I was handed a new project.

To make things easier for my coworkers in the Demand Gen team, I designed ad templates in Creatopy, which encompassed ad sizes for display, social, and mobile along with HTML5 animations (transitions and hover effects).

Multiple colorways with slight variations in design treatment and messaging were provided for A/B testing.

Social media was utilized to inform people about our product, Connect, while also pushing people to our site.

For every blog and article, I prototyped the page in Figma and designed a matching social square and vertical story graphic. After stakeholder review, I packaged up all graphics and handed the project over to our Implementation team.

Webpages were prototyped in Figma and built to resemble our HubSpot template as closely as possible.

I also built product tours in Navattic. Tours were updated on an as-needed basis in order to showcase new features.

I built monthly marketing newsletters in HubSpot and participated in the QA process, ensuring our newsletters looked good on both desktop and mobile.
